The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is a beautiful elegant building, opened in 1832 and steeped in history. It is an ideal choice for couples who wish to hold their wedding ceremony in a truly unique and, spectacular setting.

Surgeons’ Hall is a prestigious venue and its surroundings will make your wedding day even more memorable, both for you and for your guests. Let us with our experience and knowledge guide you through the plans at each step and not only make it fun but also allow you to host your reception without the worry and stress.

To include the Following:

25 persons
Ceremony, Drinks Reception, Dinner and Dancing
(Monday – Friday access can be granted from 6pm onwards. For weddings taking place Saturdays and Sundays, access can be granted at any time.)

• Full Wedding co-ordination service prior, up to and including the wedding day
• Ceremony in the intimate Fellow’s Library, overlooking the gardens, or in the Magnificent Playfair Hall for a dramatic setting
• A Celebrant
• Cash bar facility
• Master of Ceremonies            
• A glass of Prosecco at the drinks reception
• Three course set menu for 25 guests
• Half bottle of wine per guest with dinner
• Floor length linen table cloths and Linen napkins
• Fine white china - Elegant long stemmed glassware - Contemporary Montiverdi cutlery
• Table Plan – Place cards and Menu Cards
• Photographer to be in attendance at the venue for up to 3 hours - to provide 50 High Resolution photographs, edited and colour corrected, photography to be complete before sitting for dinner
• Access to outside area for photos and also drinks
• A Seasonal Hand tied bridal bouquet and Buttonhole for the Groom
• Three elegant low central table arrangements with seasonal flowers and foliage
• Cake flowers
• Single tier Sponge wedding cake elegantly decorated with flowers to tone with the bridal theme
• A Traditional Piper in full regalia - from arrivals and up to piping into dinner
• Complimentary use of the Logan Turner Room with changing facilities for the bridal party
• Cloakroom assistant
